The Main Event of the very first televised B.A.B.E. episode featured ‘B.A.B.E.’s Shining Light,’ Lana Sinclair, going up against the Argentinian boxer, Teresa Torres.
Much hype was built up around Lana Sinclair’s involvement with B.A.B.E. She was credited with helping bring a good portion of publicity to the new league.

- The crowd had been treating to an amazing night during the first B.A.B.E. episode and now they were about to witness the Main Event. Standing in the ring was famous Argentinian fighter, Teresa Torres, looking to become the top boxer in B.A.B.E. “Ladies and gentlemen… welcome to the first Main Event of the B.A.B.E. league! First, fighting out of the red corner… hailing from Buenos Aires, Argentina… TERESA… TORRES!!” Parts of the crowd cheered while others jeered. Teresa had her work cut out to impress the audience tonight.

- All of a sudden the crowd went crazy with cheers. “And her opponent tonight… fighting out of the blue corner… from her hometown of New York, NY, please give a warm welcome for LANA… SINCLAIR!!” “B.A.B.E.’s Shining Light” strutted to the ring, climbed through the ropes, and sauntered around the mat, drinking in the crowd’s cheers. Many people were excited that Lana had joined B.A.B.E. and now they were going to see her in action.

- DING! DING! At the sound of the opening bell, Lana Sinclair charged out toward Teresa Torres and met her with a swift right jab that set Torres on the defensive. Lana began to powder her opponent with punches to the head and midsection.

- But Teresa took her hits and then fed some back to Lana, catching her off-guard with a sharp left hook. With Lana stunned, Teresa punished her with several shots to the body, before switching her attack to Lana’s head.

- Lana was reeling from Teresa’s attack, but managed to break free and skipped out of her opponent’s punch range. For the remainder of the round, Lana kept Teresa at bay with quick, probing jabs to the head. DING! And the girls received their chance to rest.

- Both fighters sat in their corners, pondering their next moves. Lana studies Teresa, picking up on her lack of speed. Teresa knew Lana was tough, but felt she could wear her down with enough powerful blows to the head. And then, their rest was over. DING!

- As soon as the bell rang, Lana sprang into action and pounced on Teresa with blistering fists to the head. Teresa tried backing up, but Lana was on her like a hawk. She crowded in close to her opponent, hitting her with quick shots.

- Teresa had trouble finding an opening as Lana unleashed upon her throughout the round. The crowd was on its feet as Lana Sinclair showed them what all her hype was about. She was a fighter on a mission… a mission to prove she was the best there was in B.A.B.E. And the audience believed it!

- Teresa couldn’t get away! Lana was too quick for her and dismantled her in the middle of the ring. With a final right fist, she slammed into Teresa and knocked the Argentinian down! The crowd couldn’t believe it!

- Teresa was flat on her back in the second round and the count began. “1… 2… 3… 4… 5… ” Lana sauntered around the ring, taking in the cheers. She proved herself tonight.

- Teresa Torres remained out on her back as the count continued. Tonight, the Argentinean had come up short in the first B.A.B.E. Main Event. Unfortunately for her, she had to face Lana Sinclair. “6… 7… 8… 9… 10! DING! DING!” And it was over.

- “Ladies and gentlemen… the winner of tonight’s Main Event, by knockout in the second round… LANA…. SINCLAIR!!” The crowd went crazy. Lana Sinclair had conquered tonight in quick form. She had proven to be B.A.B.E.’s ‘Shining Light’ indeed and helped put B.A.B.E. on the boxing map. Lana Sinclair looked forward to her future with B.A.B.E. And the crowd welcomed her with cheers and applause.
