The UK champ, Penelope Primrose, takes on her main rival, Morgan Mace!
- Penelope Primrose stood there in the ring, looking unimpressed with her rival tonight, despite the fact that her opponent had proven to be a monster in the ring against other women. The UK Champion had seen many ‘fearful’ threats come and go over her championship reign.
- But her challenger tonight, Morgan Mace, was different. Undefeated in the boxing world, she had destroyed many of her opponents in the ring. She was vicious and always victorious. And now, she had put Penelope on her list of targets. In the press, Morgan had relished in the torture she planned to inflict on the champ.
- And finally, both women were brought together in the ring. Both kept piercing stares fixed on the other and there was a tense silence moments before the match began.
- Throughout the match, Morgan brought a world of pain to the champ. She powered into her with heavy punches into Penelope’s belly and head.
- But the champ had her own arsenal against the powerful challenger. She fought back with gloved missiles that introduced Morgan to a new sensation: pain.
- Morgan tried not to let that affect her and she pummeled into the champion with more fists of fury. She had a smug look throughout, letting the crowd know their champion was overrated.
- And for most of the match, she had the champ on the ropes, until her overconfidence got the best of her. Swinging a wild right into Penelope’s head gave the champion the chance to swerve out of the way and deliver a well-timed left glove to the side of her opponent’s jaw.
- Morgan stumbled around the mat, with her head in a fog, and Penelope moved in with a swift, sharp uppercut crashing into her rival’s jaw yet again. Morgan flew back…
- …and on her back she landed for a full 10-count. And once again, the crowd-favorite, Penelope Primrose, raised her arm high. She had achieved victory after hovering so close to defeat.
- Morgan Mace, despite her loud threats over the last several months, underestimated the champ and found herself in dreamland due to that mistake. Finally, someone had handed her a defeat.
- The UK Champion knew she had overcome a powerful threat to her career. But what mattered in the end was that she was the fighter left standing. And that was enough for Penelope. She stood in the ring and thought about her next upcoming opponent. Whoever she was would be finding herself crippled in defeat like all the others.
