Raquel wins the hearts of many fans during her tenure as Foxy Boxing Champion. Her reign lasts many months until, finally, she reaches a major career decision.

- After months of Ivanna Payne’s rampage through the Foxy Boxing League, the fans had a new champion to cheer on: Raquel Balboa! Soon after her victory, Raquel began a long, celebrated championship reign.

- Raquel faced many familiar Foxy Boxing League fighters over the next several months, including the rising threat of Pepper Synn.

- But like others before her, Pepper found herself lying at the feet of ‘Rocky’ Balboa by the end of the match. And again, the crowds cheered on their new champ.

- In the following months, Raquel Balboa faced many new challenges as well. New boxers stepped up to challenge the fan-favorite champion.

- And Raquel Balboa faced those challenges victoriously with arms raised high and the championship belt around her waist.

- Despite the reputation Rocky Balboa was building, more fighters tried their luck against the champ.

- And those fighters found themselves counted out like the rest. Over the next couple of years, Raquel Balboa had reached legendary status.

- And Raquel Balboa kept on fighting. But rumor began to circulate on the night of one particular fight. As Raquel pummeled her opponent, the fans could feel something in the air.

- Raquel Balboa relaxed against the ropes as her latest challenger was counted out on the mat. And once again, the fans cheered at the words, “LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, THE WINNER BY KNOCKOUT AND STILL FOXY BOXING CHAMPION… RAQUEL BALBOA!” But this time, those words were followed by, “YOUR ATTENTION PLEASE! Tonight, the Champion has a few words to share with the fans.” What would Raquel Balboa have to say?

- Raquel Balboa grabbed a microphone and then invited her long-time trainer/mentor, Liberty Lane, into the ring to join her. Both women stood in the middle of the ring for sometime enjoying the cheers of the crowd. Liberty had a dignified, solemn air about her. The crowd new Raquel’s news would be big.

- And then Raquel spoke. “Ladies and gentleman… thank you for your support tonight. And thank you for all your continued support throughout these last couple of years! That support has meant the world to me and has helped me get through the toughest of fights. I could not have become Foxy Boxing Champion without all of you. But there’s someone else I need to thank even more…”

- “Folks, please give a big hand to Liberty Lane! This woman found me in a dirty gym and had faith in me. She trained and nurtured me to become the fighter I am today. I looked up to this woman when she was champion… I never thought she’d take me under her wing. But she’s been by my side this entire time. Without her, I’d still be in that dirty gym. And tonight, she’s retiring from her manager/trainer role. Please show her some love. Thank you Liberty!” The crowd sadly cheered on the ex-champion. Liberty had fallen from grace against Vanity Vale and Ivanna Payne, but rose back up to introduce the future legend, Raquel Balboa.

- “But I have another big announcement tonight. She’s not the only one retiring… I have also decided to move on. I’ve proven to myself and to the fans that I had what it takes to become champion and I’ve faced every challenge that’s come to me. For about two years now, I’ve beaten all opponents who have met me in the ring. Now, it’s time for me to give it a rest. I will be retiring from boxing.” The crowd gasped at this news!

- “But I have one last, final match in me. After this match, win or lose, I will be hanging up my gloves. With your support, though, I will retire as undefeated champion. Yes, folks, I will be putting my championship belt on the line, one… last… time. And I’m putting it up against Rayne. RAYNE. I know you’ve been calling me out. Well, now you have your chance. Yes, I’ll meet you in the ring. And once I knock your ass out in front of the world, I will end my career with the belt still around my waist. Get ready.” And at that, the crowd was on its feet cheering on their champion!

- Despite the cheering, the crowd was shocked at all this news. Raquel and Liberty climbed out of the ring with stern looks on their faces. Raquel had just announced her retirement and a final match against Rayne. Yet the crowd still cheered ‘ROCKY! ROCKY! ROCKY!’ as she exited the arena.

- Yet the crowd still remained fearful for their champ. Raquel Balboa had just called out Rayne… could she overcome this new challenge? The audience knew this would be the most important fight of Raquel’s career, not just because it was her last but because she had to face Rayne. BUT WHO WAS RAYNE?? (Stay tuned folks!)
